As a woman when you are practising various kind of dance art forms, you're literally self-massaging yourself and exposing your femininity to the world. But dance is not only feminine structure. Kathakali, the Kerala’s most known dance and theatre art form, was performed only by men in the past. Today you can find also female Kathakali dancers, because the creative energy is in every human being, may be feminine or masculine. You don't have to be a female to have a female energy or a male to have a male energy. This energy is distributed equally and it depends on your psyche and body type, which one is dominant in your case. In every human being are both kind of energies, feminine or masculine. As I have mentioned before during the menopause period more of male energy is coming in female body and vice versa also men are exposed more to female energy in their body. With the age and flow of the energy, women are becoming more practical and stable, man more sensitive and emotional.
