Ivana Baldo was always attracted to flying and travelling. As a stewardess of Czech Airlines she visited Mumbai for the first time in 1991 and immediately fell in love with India. Her new lifestyle became ayurveda and yoga.

My favorite symbol is lotus flower. The petals are considered to depict the opening of the heart. And as the roots of the lotus start in the muddy earth and rise up to the light, also we can rise up from any difficult situation and reconnect to the light again.

Onam is the most popular festival in Kerala. It can be traced to the primitive harvest festival and also to the myth regarding King Mahabali - the benevolent asura ruler who brought peace and prosperity to his country. It is celebrated in August and September.
