It’s been a year, I remember how the Palakkad trip was one of my very first trips I went on a solo project. It was exactly after the so called shy five weeks after my wedding. Settling in for my art direction project at Kairali Ayurvedic Healing Village with Zuzana.

Tapa cleanses the mind, so that it experiences sat-chitta-ananda. It makes the body radiant, youthful and prevents it from aging. Tapasya is the process of lightining this fire. Shiva and his followers were Tapasvins, fire-churning ascetics.

In Asian culture, people greet each other by joining their palms, termed as Namaste. When we greet one another with Namaste, it means, may our minds meet! The real meeting between people is the meeting of their minds!
