Nattika was opened in 2009 as an exclusive resort offering the ultimate in relaxation and seclusion from the hustle and bustle of city life. The integration of our ayurveda centre ‘Swastha’ became well known for the authentic treatments and individual care.

The accommodation includes 52 villas built in traditional architecture. An environment of peace and a relaxed state of mind is promoted in Nattika. Resort focus on curing the diseases, but also aims to maintain and improve the health and immunity through lifestyle and natural remedies.
The Nattika Beach Ayurveda Resort is NABH Accredited and Greenleaf Certified ayurveda centre practicing all classical ayurveda treatments, focusing but focusing more on panchakarma therapies. It follows the principle of traditional ayurveda and the treatment programmes are held under the personal guidance of Dr. K.P Hema and her team of 5 ayurveda doctors 2 diet consultants and over 70 therapists under male and female category. Each treatment is individually designed with holistic approach to maintain a balance between mind, soul and body, which are onsidered the tripod of life.
The key to live an effective ayurveda lifestyle also rests within the power to attain complete relaxation through yoga and meditation.
The yoga masters Janaki and Guru Prasad, guides you through soulful yoga and meditation sessions at yoga centre that faces the pristine ocean and a heavenly sunset. Yoga asanas are done according to individual guest needs after discussion by the ayurveda doctors with the yoga masters. Nattika offers yoga lessons several times a days.
After the first consultation with ayurveda doctor, patients get the diet plan suitable for their doshas. It depends on their health conditions and treatment programme. Ayurveda diet details, medicine schedule and dietary specifications suggested by ayurveda doctor are be passed onto restaurant team lead by Mr. Sushil Danesh. The ayurveda diet is pure vegetarian. All food ingredients are farm fresh and foods that assist in healing are widely used in the buffet. In the restaurant breakfast, lunch and dinner is served as a buffet, divided according the doshas into three categories vata, pita, and kapha. Chef and his team have perfected the age old ayurvedic recipes and you also have a chance to learn them at live cooking demonstrations every week.
The earthy and natural ambience of the entire resort awaits your arrival. 52 villas are set out in 16 acres of lush coconut trees and expansive lawns. There are about 25 beach huts each with 2 beach beds where you can comfortably read your books and experience the beach after your ayurveda treatment.

A tranquil Nattika Beach, has a very unique claim to fame. Home to a typical fishermen’s village with longstanding traditions and simple inhabitants, its celebrity status was cemented after becoming the location where the Malayalam cult classic movie, Chemeen, was shot. It offers a number of attractions such as backwater cruises, country boat rides, elephant rides and cultural performances for the visitors.
