The Nattika Ayurveda Beach Resort was opened in 2009 as an exclusive resort offering the ultimate in relaxation and seclusion from the hustle and bustle of city life. The integration of our ayurveda centre ‘Swastha’ which was launched in October 2010, quickly became well known for the authentic treatments and for the individual care extended by our medical team. The NABH and Green Leaf Certified Resort lies nestled amidst graceful coconut groves, spread over 18 acres of beautifully landscaped beach side gardens. Our accommodation includes 52 villas built in traditional architecture and comes in five categories. The ayurveda treatment programme is held under the personal guidance of our ayurveda doctors and therapists at all stages. We have a medical team of 8 doctors comprising of a chief physicians, 4 consultant physicians & 2 diet consultants and over 70 therapists under male and female category. Our guests normally stay for a period of 14 days and minimum stay is 7 nights. We offer both Rejuvenation and Panchakarma (body purification treatments).
The Nattika Beach Ayurveda Resort is located on the serene Nattika Beach in Trissur district of Kerala. It is only 67 kilometres away from the Cochin International Airport and 25 kilometres from Trissur railway station.
Nattika Beach Ayurveda Resort believes in the holistic approach of Ayurveda, hence we make all the possibilities of providing the rich ambiance, which can heal a person both physically and mentally. The long sandy Nattika Beach and the wonderful view of lush coconut groves is perfect for this concept.
Usually, when a person undergoes ayurveda treatments, they will be staying mostly indoor, without exposing too much to sunlight and wind. However this depends upon the health condition and type of therapies which the person is undergoing. Beach area is recommendable for certain aliments related to skin and joints.
Nattika Ayurveda resort follow the principle of traditional ayurveda and the ayurveda treatment program is held under the personal guidance of our ayurveda doctors and dieticians at all stages. We have a medical team of 8 doctors comprising of a chief physician, 5 consultant physicians and 2 diet consultants and over 70 therapists under male and female category
There has been a phenomenal increase in the demand for the specialized therapies of ayurveda particularly panchakarma, not only for the treatment of diseases but also for preventive and promoting health. As a result many health centres and resorts are providing these therapies but it should be done only by a proper examination, proper planning, and proper guidance. We focus on restoring the natural harmony of your body and mind.
Nattika Beach Ayurveda Resort is NABH Accredited and Greenleaf Certified ayurveda centre and we do all classical ayurveda treatments, focusing more on panchakarma therapies.
We do have great results in managing musculoskeletal, Skin related and stress related health aliments.

Every year we conduct Certification courses for ayurveda therapists and Refreshment courses for improving professional skill and communicative.
Our regular routine starts with Yoga and Meditation at 06:00 am. During the day there are various yoga sessions, the last session is at 04:30 pm. Our Ayurveda treatments usually starts from 08:00 am and ends by 06:00 pm.
Apart from the ayurveda treatment and yoga sessions we offer various daily activities:
Additionally we arrange classical instrumental music twice in a week at our restaurant during dinner and cultural events and special shows, twice in month for our guests. We also offer indoor and outdoor games such as billiards, carrom, chess and tennis.
Our guest can plan trips to the major tourist destinations around our resort. This will be planned according to advice of treating doctor, to ensure that the trip will not affect their treatment programme.
We do have swimming pool facility. The guest are allowed to use it, provided the treating doctor will give specific instructions to use the pool safely without contradicting the treatments.
We serve people all around the world mainly from the countries in Europe where we have our major client base - Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Russia and Ukraine and our clients are from all age group and gender. In our past experience lady guests are comparatively more than gentlemen.
