Ayurvedic medicines come in gel, powder and liquid forms and have diverse therapeutic applications, ranging from aiding post partum care to curing nervous disorders and ailments of the digestive tract. Medicines must be consumed under the guidance.
In order to maintain the mental and physical health in our body, Ayurveda lays emphasis on following a certain daily routine or regimen which acts as preventive maintenance for the body and tells us it is wise and essential for us all to follow it.
Tapa cleanses the mind, so that it experiences sat-chitta-ananda. It makes the body radiant, youthful and prevents it from aging. Tapasya is the process of lightining this fire. Shiva and his followers were Tapasvins, fire-churning ascetics.

Surya Namaskara, Salutations to the Sun, is complete Sadhana, spiritual practice, in itself. It includes asana, pranayama, mantra and meditation. It is an effective way of loosening up, stretching, massaging, toning all the joints, muscles and internal body organs.
Hari-Hara is composite form of God Vishnu (Hari) and God Shiva (Hara). Shiva, the ash-smeared ascetic, represents the realized soul who withdraw from the world. Vishnu, the gold-bedecked king, represents the realized soul who participates in the world.
Around us are the goddesses. Within us are the gods. Inside are Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva - creating, sustaining and destroying. Outside are Saraswati, Lakshmi and Shakti - enlightening, enriching and empowering.
The Trimurti is a concept in Hinduism in which the cosmic functions of creation, maintenance, and destruction are personified by the forms of Brahma the creator, Vishnu the maintainer or preserver and Shiva the destroyer or transformer.
Sacred geometry ascribes symbolic and sacred meanings to geometric shapes and proportions. It is associated with the belief that a god is the geometer of the world. The geometry used in the design and construction of religious structures.
The vibration of AUM symbolises the manifestation of God. AUM is the reflection of the absolute reality, it is said to be Adi Anadi, without beginning or the end and embracing all that exists. The mantra AUM is the name of God, the vibration of the Supreme.
